Skills4, like many ideas, was born of a business frustration and a determination to do something about it. Our founder, Simon Kenny, spent 11 years as a senior manager at a FTSE 100 firm and grew tired of signing off on external training that was neither effective nor valuable. Armed with a passion to provide the best ,most effective training service possible, he formed the Skills4 group in 2007 with a a corporate vision to " Deliver the best possible returns for our clients training investments".
